Late and No Show Policies and Fees

At TLC Grooming, we believe in building relationships between groomers and clients. Each timeslot that you book is dedicated to you and your pet.  Our groomers work on commission and each timeslot is valuable to our staff.  

Late fees

We understand that sometimes you may be late to drop off or pick up your dog due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or bad weather. We kindly ask that you call us if you are running late.

For drop off, please let us know if you are running late or we may end up cancelling your appointment.

For pick up, please let us know if you are running late. We offer a 30 minute window, after that, there will be a $15 charge for every 15 minutes late. 

New clients

No show on first appointment - 50% deposit will be required before we book your next appointment.

​Second no show - 50% paid upfront to book next appointment
​

​Third no show - you will no longer be able to book an appointment at TLC

Regular clients

First no show - $20 will be added to your next appointment


​Second no show - 50% deposit will be required to book your next appointment

​Third no show - you will no longer be permitted to book an appointment at TLC
